Invitation to the 10th World Water Forum
The sustainability of water resources has become one of the most pressing issues of our time. Global water needs have increased dramatically due to population growth and industrial development. Meanwhile, the availability of quality and sustainable water has become more limited to access due to environmental degradation and climate change.
The 10th World Water Forum, under the theme “Water for Shared Prosperity,” would be an excellent platform to discuss and address some of the key challenges as well as to showcase the immense potential and opportunities for collaboration and partnership. The Forum will address six priority issues: water security and prosperity; water for humans and nature; disaster risk reduction and management; governance, cooperation, and hydro-diplomacy; sustainable water finance, and knowledge and innovation.
We encourage university to send their representatives of professors, lecturers, and students to actively participate in 10th World Water Forum in 2024 from May 18th to 25th, 2024, in Nusa Dua, Bali, Republic of Indonesia.
Besides, the 10th World Water Forum also invites universities to participate in the fair and expo program. In this regard, academic communities will have the opportunity to introduce their excellence in water innovation and projects, as well as collaborate with potential partners while building professional networks.
Students from your esteemed campus are also invited to participate in the Youth Program. Young people will have the opportunity to join in thought-provoking activities, insightful seminars, contribute to knowledge dissemination, and engage in impactful social activities.
